Entry to the impressive living area is via a stately Italian stone stairway, stirringly lit by ‘Futronic’ lighting. This clever system is the latest in mood lighting and it creates an inspirational atmosphere that continues up to a large traditional Balinese entrance way. To the left are the separate staff quarters and laundry and to the right two carved wooden doors open onto an extensive terraced living and pool area.
A 30sqm polished hard wood terrace runs the length of the Italian tiled living area and a large infinity edged swimming pool. The dining area, with its alfresco appeal and ‘out of this world’ views, is emblazoned every evening by the setting sun as it goes down over the warm waters of Anthong Marine Park.
Two large double doors open from the dining area into a 40sqm lounge area which features remarkable Italian marble floors and a wooden ‘A’ framed ceiling. The clever combination of colours, quality furnishings, an ornate chandelier and ‘Futronic’ down lighting, has created a relaxing place for the whole family to enjoy. The large LCD television is connected to the house-wide satellite, with the audio system and the controls for the exterior audio system also located here.
The large lounge also has the advantage of accessing the kitchen which has been fully equipped to the highest of European standards. The lounge area also leads on to the 40sq/m polished teak hardwood hallway, the private garden room and the extraordinary bedroom wing beyond.
